One of the country’s most popular love team, KathNiel or the Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla tandem is popular among the youths in the Philippines and during their visit in Davao, supporters of the tandem were waiting to cheer for them but what will happen if they are not visiting Davao for a show but to support their chosen presidential bet, Mar Roxas.

A viral video which is making the rounds online for the past few hours showcase how the People of Davao greeted their idol the KathNiel tandem, but instead of showing also their support to the chosen candidate of KathNiel, the peopel inside the venue were chanting for Mayor Duterte.

The KathNiel tandem is best known for their various movies and successful teleserye but their endorsement with Liberal Party standard-bearer Mar Roxas took a tool on their popularity. Some of the fans of KathNiel supports them but most of the netizens were not inclined to the candidates who were supported by the famous love team.

According to some reports, Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo received millions in talent fee because of their endorsement with Liberal Party standard-bearer Mar Roxas and his running mate, Rep. Leni Robredo of Camarines Sur.

During previous sorties of Mar Roxas and Leni Robredo, the gym they visited were always full not because of their support to the RO-RO tandem but to take a glance with the KathNiel love team and the alleged compulsory attendance of various government workers where the Ro-Ro tandem visited.
