List of 8 Government Agencies Where Trillanes Relatives’ Company Won Contracts Exposed

2 mins read
Aside from the previous expose made by popular social media personality Thinking Pinoy about the alleged involvement of the company allegedly owned some Trillanes families, the veteran blogger also revealed the list of eight (8) government agencies and GOCC’s where the said company made transactions.

According to Thinking Pinoy’s expose, during the administration of former Pres. Noynoy Aquino in 2015, the alleged company owned by the family of Trillanes, Trilink Technologies was awarded without bidding a multi-million MRT-3 communications maintenance contract.

TP also revealed that the company Trilink Technologies is owned by Sen. Trillanes relative, Henry Trillanes. The said Henry Trillanes is one of the top donors of the senator who contributed P3 million towards Sonny’s 2013 senatorial run.

According to Thinking Pinoy the eight government agencies who were allegedly won contracts with the government includes DOTC-MRT3; Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA); Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP); APO Production Unit; Light Rail Manila Corporation; PAGCOR; Philippine Army Special Forces Regiment – Airborne; and the Philippine National Police (PNP).

Here’s the Complete Expose of Thinking Pinoy:

Earlier, I posted documents showing that the Noynoy Aquino government in 2015 awarded without bidding a multi-million MRT-3 communications maintenance contract to Trilink Technologies.

Trilink is owned by Senator Antonio “Sonny” Trillanes IV relative Henry Trillanes. Henry, one of the senator’s top campaign donors, contributed P3 million towards Sonny’s 2013 senatorial run. Note that all six members of Trilink’s board of directors share the same last name: Trillanes. [].

After publishing the said documents, I checked Trilink’s official website [] and I found out in its “About” page that the family-owned company was awarded multiple contracts with various government agencies and government-owned and -controlled corporations, namely:

2. Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA)
3. Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas
4. APO Production Unit, Inc., an agency under the PCOO
5. Light Rail Manila Corporation
6. Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR)
7. Philippine Army Special Forces Regiment – Airborne
8. Philippine National Police

You can access Trilink’s about page at or, if the page has been changed recently, you can also check an archived copy at . The second link provides a snapshot of Trilink’s About Page, taken on 12 September 2018 at around 3:00 PM Manila.

If Trillanes believes that relatives of government officials shouldn’t be involved in government contracts, then why didn’t he start with a very public probe of his own relatives’ dealings with the government, just like what he’s attempting to do with companies owned by relatives of SAP Christopher Bong Go?

1. I covered the names of Trilink’s private sector clients to help protect their businesses, as their connection with Trilink has little to do with the issue at hand.

2. I accidentally covered the entry for MIAA but you can just check the list of Trilink’s clients at
