Miss Universe Coin is Fake

The Miss Universe Organization released an official statement through their official Facebook Page denying their involvement in the controversial Miss Universe Coin, which was introduced at the Philippine Blockchain Week.

According to the Miss Universe Organization and JKN Global Group, they are not associated with or involved in any way, and they will be pursuing all legal options regarding this infringement.

The Miss Universe Coin was first announced during the Philippine Blockchain Week press conference.

It was no less than PBW convenor and prominent Web3 personality Dr. Donald Lim who said he got a message that the Miss Universe Foundation globally will launch its own Miss Universe Coin.

Donald Lim said, “The Philippine Blockchain Week will launch the Miss Universe Coin.”

He also noted that the Miss Universe coin is a token to cast votes, as he stated that we should remember there were text votes before now; only the token holders can vote.

During the press conference, the Philippine Blockchain Week co-convener Donald Lim also stated that the Miss Universe will launch worldwide while PBW will launch it.

Due to the controversy involving the Miss Universe Coin, the official Facebook Page of the Miss Universe Organization released a statement denying their involvement with the crypto project being announced during the recently concluded Philippine Blockchain Week.

During the Philippine Blockchain Week, one of the representatives of the Miss Universe Coin even claimed that their project would outshine SHIBA INU.

It has come to our attention that a “Miss Universe Coin” was introduced at Philippine Blockchain Week.

The Miss Universe Organization and JKN Global Group are not associated or involved in any way, and will be pursuing all legal options with regards to this infringement.

There is currently no Miss Universe cryptocurrency or blockchain offering, and these products are in no way involved with the voting or selection process for MISS UNIVERSE or the Miss Universe Philippines pageants.

To our fans – please use caution and do not join in this falsely-named coin scam! We are doing everything we can to shut this down publicly, so that our community is not victims of this fraud.

The statement of the Miss Universe Organization came out after Anne Jarjutatip, Founder and CEO of JKN GLOBAL GROUP PUBLIC LIMITED, which owns the Miss Universe Organization.

In a statement on Facebook, Anne Jakrajutatip said that they will pursue all legal actions regarding this infringement to protect their fans from fraud.
