The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) declared at least 14 Party-List Winners in the May 2013 General Elections.
The 14 Party-List groups are guaranteed of one seat in the upcoming Congress according to the pronouncement made by COMELEC Commissioner Sixto Brillantes. The winning Party-List have already got 2% of the total votes casts.
The Party-List groups has a total of 58 available seats, as the 14 seats have already taken, the remaining 44 seats will be proclaim maybe next week according to the poll body.
