Veteran blogger and prominent social media personality Mark Lopez made an interesting expose on social media regarding the alleged manipulation utilized by the camp of VP Leni on their social media campaign.
According to Mark Lopez, a concerned netizen shared an interesting investigation with him and he also shared it with her followers regarding the activities of the supporters of VP Leni on social media.
Based on the screenshots shared by the blogger on her Facebook wall, an article from Manila Bulletin was shared on social media. A few minutes after it was posted, supporters of VP Leni bombarded the page with positive comments supporting the Vice President.
At first look, the comments from netizens seem legitimate. Still, upon investigation, a concerned netizen discovered sooner that the Facebook users who were supporters of VP Leni used the same address on their profile, and all the profiles changed their cover photos and profile picture coincidentally on the same date, last December 8, 2021.
Aside from the address and the newly created accounts, the creator of the said Facebook users also forgot about the real gender of the account users.
Further investigations also revealed that most of the supporters of VP Leni, who commented on the viral Manila Bulletin articles, were created just a few weeks ago, which is considered as clear evidence of being a troll account.

Netizens also responded with the latest expose on social media for the alleged manipulation reportedly initiated by the camp of VP Leni Robredo.
The camp of VP Leni could not be reached for comments as of posting time.
