Before Roland started his journey with Kumu, he held key digital marketing and advertising positions.

As the Vice President of Spark Revenue, a performance marketing and growth acquisition platform listed in the Inc. 500, he honed his skills in driving business growth. 

Before this, he served as VP of Business Development at MediaTrust, an online performance advertising exchange and technology company. 

His career also saw him as a Partner and VP of Business Development at Tracking202, which Bloosky Interactive eventually acquired. 

Roland began his professional journey as a Business Development Associate with GE Money Bank, managing a substantial book of business worth $400 million.

Beyond his professional achievements, Roland Ros is also deeply committed to philanthropy. 

He serves as a Trustee for the Ros Foundation, reflecting his dedication to giving back to the community.

Kumu:

The most significant accomplishment of Roland Ros was founding Kumu, a livestream technology company tailored for Gen Z and Millennial Filipinos. 

Kumu was developed in 2017 and launched in February 2018 by Roland Ros, Rexy Dorado, Andrew Pineda, and Clare Ros.

Kumu has become a hub for content creators to thrive, gamers to win cash prizes, and participants to participate in promotions while meeting other Filipinos.
