Former Secretary of the Department of Interior and Local Government, Rafael “Raffy” Alunan, posted on his official Facebook Page a very brilliant suggestion to the Duterte administration on how to win the War on Drugs, Crime and Corruption.

According to Raffy Alunan, the government should right size the bureaucracy by ordering each Cabinet Secretary, Head of Agency & GOCC CEO to complete cleaning their respective house by December 2018 and complete the task of modernization and professionalization by December 2021.

Alunan also suggested that the Civil Service Commission should be consulted for the proper procedures. Legislate to reinforce the clean-up. Prime the Solicitor General and the Criminal Justice System to uphold the policy and mobilize the private sector’s headhunters to help find the right replacements.

Here’s the Complete Suggestions of Sir Raffy Alunan:

TOP PRIORITY IF THE WAR ON DRUGS, CRIME AND CORRUPTION IS TO BE WON.

Right size the bureaucracy. Order each Cabinet Secretary, Head of Agency and GOCC CEO to complete cleaning house by December 2018, and complete the task of modernization and professionalization by December 2021.

Consult the CSC for the proper procedures. Legislate to reinforce the clean-up. Prime the SolGen and the Criminal Justice System to uphold the policy. Mobilize the private sector’s headhunters to help find the right replacements.

The government is infiltrated by all kinds of spies and Trojan horses. It must clean house and strengthen the Criminal Justice System to win the future for the people and succeeding generations of Filipinos.

We must protect Inang Bayan, her territory and resources. We cannot lose her by default or unpreparedness. Failure is not an option.
