Ka Leody Calls Himself Anti-West, Anti-Capitalist Yet Patronizes Western Brands

Another leftist leader joins Renato Reyes who called themselves as anti-capitalist and anti-west yet patronizes western brands, the other leftist leader is no other than Labor leader Ka Leody De Guzman. Renato Reyes was caught by some netizens wearing imported shirts, drinking foreign brands and buying at exclusive stores.

A screenshot of Ka Leody de Guzman is now making the rounds on social media after he was seen wearing an expensive Western brand during a protest rally in connection with the first SONA of Pres. Bongbong Marcos.

The controversial screenshot of the losing Presidential bet puts Ka Leody in the company of Bayan Muna labor leader Renato Reyes.

Ka Leody’s love of Western brands despite being an anti-west and anti-capitalist was first exposed by the eagle-eyed Bicolano blogger and Marcos loyalist Edwin Jamora.

The Bicolano blogger and prominent social media defender of former Pres. Rody Duterte, noted that something isn’t congruent with Ka Leody’s OOTD and his anti-America, anti-West rhetoric and apparently was very excited to share his discovery on social media.

The US-based Bicolano accountant and blogger, known for his wit and humor signature writing style did not disappoint his followers and hit the nail right on its head in roasting Ka Leody.

Read the Short But Effective Statement by Edwin Jamora:

Palayasin ang mga banyagang ekonomista pwera ang Lacoste! Hahahaha! Char lang! Sabi ng taong hindi daw niya kinikilala si PBBM and VPIS.

Tse!

Based upon the social media post of Ka Leody de Guzman, it appears that the labor leader really likes his alleged Lacoste polo shirt.

During the May 9, 2022 presidential election, he also wore this same brand of polo shirt.

In fairness, Ka Leody also wears other prominent brands like the Fre Perry Polo Shirt estimated to be worth around P2,100 and up in various malls in the Philippines.
