Based on the official Hive account of Samuel Boadi, also known as @McSamm in the Hive Blockchain, they have already launched 11 Hive Boreholes in Ghana. It was also confirmed by fellow Hive user Collinz, who posted an article on PeakD about their milestones of helping provide clean water to Ghana’s people with the support of the Hive community from different parts of the world.

The 11th Hive borehole was inaugurated a few days ago in Kanvili Kukuo. This year, the 11th borehole is the third Hive borehole constructed, adding to the existing boreholes.

With the Hive Borehole Project in Ghana initiated by community builders McSamm and Collinz, and with the able support of the Hive community, lives have been transformed, providing access to clean drinking water in communities where they constructed the Hive mechanized Boreholes.

According to Collinz, Kanvili Kukuo is a big village and suburb of Temale. The town has faced challenges in accessing clean drinking water. Residents have relied on river sources, but these sources were proven unreliable due to the low rainfall in the region.

On Twitter, McSammuel also shared his excitement and gratitude towards the Hive Blockchain, a Web3-based community that donated boreholes in Ghana, proving to everyone that blockchain is real.

At the Blockchain Expo, Samuel Boadi shared his experience of how Web3 is making a real social impact and solving real-world problems by providing the people of Ghana access to clean water, a fundamental human right.

Fellow Hive user Ruben Cress, a creative director, photographer, and artist, expressed his gratitude on Twitter towards McSamm as he dubbed Samuel Boadi a Ghanaian legend, Humanitarian, and an Amazing Human Being.

The Blockchain event in Amsterdam, where Samuel Boadi was speaking, brought together industry-leading technology companies, allowing attendees to discover the newest applications for Web3 for Enterprise.

The event gathered over 6,000 enthusiasts in one of the world’s biggest and largest Blockchain expos. Some of the most prominent brands in the world graced the events, like Lama Technologies, Vodafone, Mastercard, PepsiCo, Coinstore, and Toobit, to name a few.
