Nov. 2023 List of Topnotchers (Nursing Board Exam)
According to the official announcement of the Professional Regulations Commission, the Nursing Licensure Examination (NLE) list of passers will be released alongside the official list of NLE passers or the Nursing Board exam.
Update: PRC announced that 25,761 out of 32,203 (80%) passed the Nursing Board Exam successfully.
List of NLE Passers in Alphabetical Order
The November 2023 NLE, the second regular Nursing Board exam this year, was conducted in various testing centers nationwide on November 11 and 12, 2023. The nursing board exam was conducted in Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, Kidapawan, and Palawan.

Registration and Oathtaking
Registration for issuing a Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done online. Please visit PRC Online and follow the instructions for initial registration.
The Date of Registration for the Nov. 2023 NLE will be January 15 – 19, January 22 – 26, January 29 – 31, February 1 – 2, February 5 – 9, February 12 – 16, February 19 – 23, February 26 – 29, March 1, March 4 – 8 and March 11 – 12, 2024.
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- Two pieces of passport-sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- Two sets of documentary stamps
- One piece short brown envelope
According to Section 16 of Republic Act No. 9173, all successful candidates in the examination shall be required to take an oath of professionalism before the Board or any government official authorized to administer oaths before entering upon the nursing practice.
Verification of Ratings
You can verify the NLE ratings online for passers, non-passers, and those who took removal exams.
Simply visit the PRC’s “Rating Verification” service and input the necessary details to confirm your identity. Please remember that this service becomes accessible a few working days after the results have been announced.
Coverage of the Nov. 2023 NLE
The two-day examination assessed skills and knowledge related to the 11 primary areas of responsibility outlined in the Competency Standards of Nursing Practice in the Philippines. These categories encompass patient care and the promotion of empowering, enabling, and enhancing competencies.
The five (5) parts of the NLE are the following:
- Nursing Practice I (Community Health Nursing)
- Nursing Practice II (Care of Healthy/At-Risk Mother and Child)
- Nursing Practice III (Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychosocial Alternations – Part A)
- Nursing Practice IV (Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychosocial Alternations – Part B)
- Nursing Practice V (Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychosocial Alternations – Part C)
Expected Release of the Nov. 2023 NLE Results
Based on PRC Resolution No. 1589 series of 2022, the target release of nurse board exam results is on Friday, December 1, 2023, or in fourteen (14) working days.
During the last NLE results, in the May 2023 Nursing Licensure Exam, the PRC released the NLE list of passers in ten (10) working days after the examination.
PRC announced a total of 10,764 out of 14,364 who passed the exams. Compared to the previous NLE results last year, in the Nov. 2022 Nursing Board exam, results were released after twelve (12) working days. The PRC named 18,529 out of 24,903 who successfully passed the exams.
In the May 2022 NLE, the PRC released the results within nine (9) working days, and 6,616 out of 9,729 passed the exams.
