In 2020, she started as a Sourcing Senior Associate at Newbury Street Retail Inc. The company where Jem Chua worked is a full-service supplier of retail solutions, a company that introduced leading beauty and wellness brands to the Philippine market. One of her notable achievements in the company was being recognized as a key member of the NSRI Management Committee. 

In 2021, Jem Chua assumed the role of Special Project Manager for e-Commerce Operations at Eden Ventures, where she served as the General Manager for all E-Commerce projects. She took charge of strategic planning and operational execution for seven projects, demonstrating her leadership in coordinating multifaceted initiatives.
