WSB International Street Dance Championship Updates:
A few days ago, during the Philippine Blockchain Week (PBW), the WSB International street dance community was well represented by popping dance crew FRESNO for the grand opening of the 2nd Annual Philippine Blockchain Week.
The Philippine Blockchain Week, which was held last September 19-21, 2023, at the Marriott Grand Ballroom, Newport World Resorts Manila, is considered the most-anticipated FinTech/DeFi Summit for the Web3/Crypto community in the Philippines and Asia.
The WSB official Facebook Page announced just a day ago about the rehearsal schedule and booking, as the organizers have allocated Friday, September 29, 2023, as rehearsal and registration day for all competing WSB International dance crews and dancers.
The rehearsal venue will be Marana Auditorium, and the allocated time is from 9 AM-5 PM. All participants can select their preferred Friday, September 29, rehearsal times through this link. The schedules will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
Although the rehearsals are optional, this will allow the dance crew to get familiar with the stage and conduct some blockings.
Marco Selorio, the WSB founder, through the official WSB Facebook Page, also announced that Asian Krump Movement would get a significant jumpstart from Big MiJo and asked what WSB, Taylor Swift, Mega Three Stallion, and DJ Khaled have in common.
The answer is simple: they all work alongside Big MiJo, Krump’s co-creator.
Every dancer from Australia, New Zealand, and Asia must be at WSB2023 and WSB KRUMP CAMP this weekend to witness Big MiJo’s presence.
It’s a first for WSB International and the first time connecting with our street dance community since KRUMP’s inception in the mid-2000s. Big MiJo’s arrival this week will transform and elevate the KRUMP movement to new heights.

Big MiJo is locked and loaded, with the charismatic KRUMP king motivated to connect with WSB’s community. He will teach proper foundations, how to “get off,” krumpography, and the future of KRUMP.
